Once we make sure that this is the right hair loss solution for the client, we then mane an appointment for a fitting, which takes about 2 hours and includes a fantastic haircut. For interstate clients flying in from Perth, Darwin, Adelaide, Melbournes and Tasmania we actually like them to stay in Sydney overnight, just in case they need a further trim of the hair before heading home.
Although we are based in Sydney, we have clients all over Australia and Internationally. Most of our International clients were one time residents in Australia then moved and so we have their hair colour, template size and hair styles on file and do the customisation remotely and then send to them. We have done many clients who live in other cities of Australia, sun as Melbourne, Hobart, Perth and Darwin and we really take our time to get the hair colour, hair cut and size right before we even accept the order.
